Career

Anna-Marie started out working as human resources generalist and gained experience in this capacity serving a number of public and private entities. She has specialised in reward management since 2001, gaining experience in the listed as well as unlisted business environment, including working as reward manager for a number of large mining and manufacturing companies.
She has been working as an independent reward consultant since 2015 and consults to a number of clients in various industries, with a focus on small and medium-sized organisations.

Es-marie has many years' experience as a human resources manager in the corporate environment, as well as an independent HR/IR consultant. She has also worked on extended HR/IR Risk Management projects in Yemen as well as Kazahstan.
She has developed tools, training material and protocols in relation to various areas of people management, for application from supervisory to executive level.
She is currently working as an independent consultant and consults to a number of clients in various industries, with a focus on small and medium-sized organisations.
